Pattern of working: Monday - Friday. Term time only plus 2 PD days

Hours per week: 27.25 HLTA - Grade 7, spinal point 25.

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and experienced practitioner to work as a High Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) as part of our Early Years Foundation Stage. We are looking for a person with excellent communication and inter-personal skills, who has the ability and flexibilty to undertake this role. The role will involve providing cover for teachers during PPA and class teacher management release time.

The role will require you to work in partnership with classroom teachers to plan, prepare and deliver lessons as well as monitoring and assessing pupils through marking and feedback, recording and reporting on pupil's achievement, progress and development. Also support and develop learning opportunities and interventions across EYFS.
