We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, caring, committed and calm person who enjoys working with children to join our friendly school team. As a senior lunchtime supervisor you will lead and manage a small team of lunchtime supervisors. Your role will be to supervise children whilst having their lunch, lead play activities and manage behaviour, ensuring the children integrate together to form positive relationships. The ideal qualities we are looking for are reliability, a willingness to learn and a commitment to the safeguarding and welfare of young children. You will be required to undertake a Disclosure and Baring Service check. You will also be required to maintain confidentiality about all school matters and follow the school’s confidentiality policy.
