Salary: Main Pay Range (M1–M6)

We’re looking for a teacher who:
- Brings warmth, energy and high expectations to the early years
- Has a secure understanding of the EYFS and sparks curiosity through skilful teaching and play
- Teaches early reading and phonics with confidence
- Builds strong relationships with children, families and colleagues
- Supports our Christian vision and values
A Level 3 Forest School Leader qualification would be a bonus.
In return, you’ll join a friendly, supportive team, with our own Nursery on site and a beautiful setting in historic Ludlow.
